CATERING FAQ
Does Taters customize orders?
Yes, we can customize orders based on your budget. The minimum order amount is 250.00, with a minimum of 150 pax.
Can we request our popcorn to be freshly popped on-site?
Yes, we can freshly pop the popcorn on-site. Please note that there is an additional fee of 2,000.00 for the popcorn machine and 1,500.00 for the popcorn warmer. The client will need to provide the required electrical load.
Can senior citizens avail of the discount for bulk orders and catering with a signed contract?
Senior citizen discounts generally don’t apply to catering packages, party packages, or bulk orders that are pre-booked or pre-contracted, such as event catering or group party packages.
These types of orders are excluded under the IRR of RA 9994, since they are not considered for the senior citizen’s personal or individual use.
In short: Even if a senior citizen signs the contract, the senior discount doesn’t automatically apply to catering services or group party packages.
Do you customize your cart based on the client’s theme?
At the moment, we don’t customize our carts, but we do offer themed carts that you can choose from. You’re also welcome to add extra décor to the cart, as long as heavy-duty tape isn’t used.
For corporate clients, is Taters open to accreditation and payment terms?
Yes, we’re open to corporate accreditation and payment terms. For first-time corporate clients, we require 50% down payment before the event and the remaining 50% prior to the event date.
